AiSensy vs Gallabox: which WhatsApp tool fits your brand in 2026

By Jerish Jacob, Co-founder · Published 23 Oct 2026 · 7 min read

AiSensy and Gallabox are two WhatsApp Business API platforms that brands in India often compare. This AiSensy vs Gallabox comparison covers what each is built for, features, rupee pricing and the message charges you pay on top, using what each company says on its own website.

Disclosure: Behaf is our product. It gets one short section near the end. Everything about AiSensy and Gallabox below comes from their own pages, read on 23 Oct 2026 from an Indian IP.

The short answer

What each product is

AiSensy describes itself as an AI-powered WhatsApp marketing and engagement platform, powered by the official WhatsApp Business API (aisensy.com). It offers a free plan and a 14-day trial.

Gallabox positions itself as an AI agent platform for customer conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, voice and web, with a focus on capturing and qualifying leads and turning them into bookings (gallabox.com).

Pricing

Prices below are as listed on each vendor's pricing page, read from an Indian IP on 23 Oct 2026. Neither page says whether plan prices include GST (AiSensy marks only its virtual number as "+ GST"), so check at checkout.

AiSensy

AiSensy lists a Free Forever plan, Basic, Pro, Premium, Unlimited and Enterprise, with monthly, quarterly (save 5%) and yearly (save 10%) billing. All billing is prepaid (aisensy.com/pricing, read 23 Oct 2026).

Add-ons, charged on top of any plan:

Messages come from a separate prepaid wallet. AiSensy's page lists its own per-message rates for Indian users, effective 1 October 2026: marketing ₹1.09 per delivered message, and utility, authentication and service (after the free 1,000) ₹0.145 per message. It gives ₹50 of credit at sign-up.

So a Jaipur kurta brand that wants broadcasts, a chatbot and an AI agent on AiSensy pays for four items: the plan, the chatbot add-on, the AI add-on and the message wallet. Add them up for your own volume.

Gallabox

Gallabox's pricing page shows quarterly and yearly billing only (gallabox.com/pricing, read 23 Oct 2026). The page lists INR, USD and AED; the figures below are the INR ones.

WhatsApp message charges are billed separately; Basic, Essential and Advanced link to Gallabox's conversation pricing page, and Enterprise lists a "discounted markup" and template message charges at 5% off. Extra AI credits cost ₹1,000 per 5,000 credits. Gallabox's pricing page lists a free trial rather than a free plan; the trial needs no card and includes 500 AI credits and ₹200 of conversation credits.

For a Coimbatore snack brand with two people on chat, Basic covers the users. A brand with eight people answering chats would need Essential plus two extra users, or Advanced.

Meta's message charges

On top of either platform, Meta charges per message. Since 1 July 2025, Meta bills per message instead of per conversation, and India moved to a higher marketing rate from 1 January 2026 (Meta developer docs, read 23 Oct 2026). Check Meta's rate card for the current India numbers, or work out your month with our WhatsApp Business API cost calculator.

Reviews

Read the current ratings and reviews on each site:

Which to choose, by use case

Broadcasts. A Pune skincare brand sending a Diwali offer to a large opt-in list will find AiSensy's campaign tools, free entry plan and monthly billing a natural fit. Budget for the message wallet; every broadcast message is charged from it.

Support inbox. If several people answer chats, Gallabox's shared inbox and inbox AI copilot are built for teams. Check how many users each plan includes. AiSensy's Unlimited plan (₹45,000/month, up to 200 agents) is aimed at large teams; on Basic, extra agents are ₹750/month each.

Lead generation. If you run Click-to-WhatsApp ads and qualify leads across WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, Gallabox's single inbox for those channels, ads attribution and CRM integrations fit that job. AiSensy also has a Click-to-WhatsApp ads manager if WhatsApp is your only channel.

Selling. Both can sync a Shopify catalog, chase abandoned carts and confirm COD orders. AiSensy's Shopify flows come ready to switch on. Gallabox's COD confirmation is a documented setup you build.

Where Behaf fits

Behaf is our product, so read this section with that in mind.

Behaf is AI sales for D2C brands. It is not a broadcast tool or a team inbox: Aria, our AI salesperson, sells to your buyers inside WhatsApp, on Behaf's verified WhatsApp number, so there is no WhatsApp Business API application. A brand uploads its products and the store lives inside WhatsApp. Aria answers buyers in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil and other Indian languages and suggests sizes or shades. You see every chat and can step in any time; if Aria isn't sure, she tells the buyer you'll reply soon and emails you. Payments go through PayU. COD orders are confirmed with the buyer on WhatsApp before dispatch, and unconfirmed COD orders are cancelled before pickup. Shiprocket pickup is booked automatically and tracking is shared in the chat. Prepaid orders are paid out 7 days after the order.

Pricing is ₹0 setup and no monthly fee: 5% + ₹5 + 18% GST per shipped order for the Founding 100 (the first 100 brands), locked for life, then 10% + ₹5 + 18% GST. Meta's message charges, the AI and the payment gateway are inside the fee. You pay shipping from your own Shiprocket wallet, at the rate shown. See Behaf pricing.

By default, stores run on Behaf's verified WhatsApp number. If your main job is broadcast campaigns on your own number, AiSensy or Gallabox is built for that. Behaf opens to sellers in a few weeks.
