Do I need a website or the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Your store lives inside WhatsApp on Behaf's verified number. You upload your products. No API application, no developer work.

Which languages does Aria speak?

English, Hindi, Hinglish and Tamil. She answers your buyers day or night, in their language.

Can I see the chats and step in?

Yes. You see every chat in your dashboard and can step in any time. If Aria isn't sure, she tells the buyer you'll reply soon and emails you.

How do payments and shipping work?

Buyers pay by UPI or card through PayU in the chat, or choose COD, which Aria confirms before dispatch. The Shiprocket pickup is booked for you, and you are paid after delivery.
