Dial developer docs Preview

Dial is a remote MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code or your own agent, and your AI can make real phone calls in Indian languages, from a Behaf number, and bring back what was said.

Preview. The Dial server opens for wave 1 on Monday 9 Nov 2026. Tool names and fields below are the v1 plan and may change before then. Your personal Dial link arrives by email; it appears below as YOUR_DIAL_LINK.

Quick start

  1. Join the list. We email you your Dial link when your turn comes.
  2. Add Dial to your AI app with that link and sign in once (OAuth).
  3. Ask for a call in plain words. Your AI shows you the number and the plan first, and calls when you say yes.

Which apps work

Dial needs an app that can add a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP). As of 4 Nov 2026:

Rules on every call

Limits

Dial limits how often any number can be called and how many calls a new account can place each day, to keep numbers clean and stop misuse. If a limit stops a call, your AI tells you why. Exact limits will be listed here before Monday 9 Nov.

Your data

Everyone who uses Dial shows ID once (a quick KYC) before their first call; the people you call never have to. Dial stores your call requests, transcripts, summaries and recordings so you can see what happened, keeps them only for a limited time, and lets you delete any call. We don't sell personal data. See the Dial privacy page and terms.

Indian rules

Dial makes service calls, one at a time, from Behaf numbers. Before wave 1 opens, we're setting up Dial's numbers, call registration and data handling to follow TRAI's calling rules and India's data protection law (DPDP Act).

Support

Questions: jerish@behaf.co. To stop Dial calls to your number, say "don't call me" on any call or email us.
